Payment process

To book the car we take a 15% prepayment of the total rental price. The remaining part is paid directly to the car rental company upon receiving the car.

The booking can be canceled with a 100% refund one week before the rent starts. To cancel your booking contact us directly, or cancel the booking inside your account and we will contact you shortly to refund the prepayment.

Payment methods

We accept the following bank cards: Visa, MasterCard and MIR. All payments are processed online by Alfa-Bank.

Online transactions are done under Operating Regulations of payment systems Visa, MasterCard and MIR, protected by the latest cryptography and fraud-detection technologies. Details of your bank card are entered on secured payment page of Alfa-Bank.

On the payment page you will be asked to enter your credit card number, cardholder’s name, expiration date and the 3-digit security code (CVV2 for Visa and CVC2 for MasterCard). All these details are printed on the card itself. The 3-digit security code is located on the signature panel on the back of your card. Afterwards you will be redirected to the web-page of your bank to enter the 3DSecure code, that will be sent in SMS. Contact your bank if you didn’t receive an SMS.

Common reasons the transaction is declined:

  • entering wrong credit card information;
  • insufficient funds;
  • card is expired;
  • credit card is not supporting online payments.

Personal information provided during the online payment procedure such as cardholder’s name, address, phone number, Email and credit card details is processed on the bank side and is not stored on our web-servers in any way.

Refund Policy

The refund is made with the use of the same payment system the initial payment was processed. The refund process is regulated by the rules of international payment systems Visa and MasterCard.

In order to return funds to your card contact us and we will send the "Refund Application" to your email address. Fill the Application, attach copy of your passport and scans of checks/receipts /statements and send it to

Refund will be made to your bank card within 21 (twenty one) business days from the date of receipt of the Application.

Refund amount will be the same as the amount of initial payment. Consideration period of an Application and the refund itself starts to be calculated from the moment of receipt of the Application.


In case of a "no-show" refund is not provided. "No-show" applies to cases:

  • The client fails to show up at the pick-up point on time to receive his booked car without notifying the car rental company;
  • The client fails to provide all the necessary documents required to pick-up the rental car;
  • The client fails to provide a security deposit when he has to according to the rental conditions.
